Cloud Sales Specialist


This is a new position within the organization as we develop our Cloud Sales strategy and the department to both existing and new customers. We need a person who has proven sales expertise in this marketplace can demonstrate a record of success to date and is looking for a new challenge to be at the start of a new chapter in the company’s history. The right candidate will possess sales, technical and commercial skills.

Core Responsibilities:

Develop and drive a successful cloud strategy proposition for the business. Work closely with the rest of the sales team on current opportunities. Preparing solutions documents and proposals and attending customer meetings to present the final solution. Help to train and guide the existing sales teams channel on how to identify a Cloud opportunity within their existing accounts base.

Work with the company’s in house digital marketing specialist to run email and social media campaigns
Engage with the Company’s in house Cloud Technical Specialists and project support team as well as external suppliers to bring the solutions into service.


Workspace Consultant

Role Purpose:

A consultant delivering Pre and Post Sales Technical Consultancy specializing in the Workspace Management arena and reporting to the Technical Architect for Workspace Services and with no direct reports. The role will involve creating Proposals, Detailed Level Designs, and Installation and Configuration Guides; develop build scripts along with Proof of Concept and User Acceptance Testing environments. Handover solutions to Business as Usual staff facilitating their ability to support the solution. Interaction with IT infrastructure managers, IT directors, architects, and CIOs should be expected. The role will focus primarily on the workspace management arena.

Critical Skills:

SCCM (design and implementation of all aspects – would consider infrastructure support experience in the right candidate), Windows Deployment (MDT and SCCM – image creation and task sequences). Desirable Skills (nice to have exposure to some, do not need all): Intune / EMS, Parallels Mac Management for SCCM, MacOS, Zscaler.


Is a specialist in workspace management concepts and toolsets.
Be accountable for the output provided in terms of estimation of time, cost and quality and delivery to these measures.
Ensure that hand over of own activities during implementation to relevant support organization is successfully completed.
High levels of customer satisfaction, measured through Customer Service Questionnaires.
Meeting utilization targets and completing timesheets within agreed timescales.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related study, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of three years of technical consultancy experience, or relevant experience in a similar role.
Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments.
Extensive knowledge and experience of an Enterprise level Workspace management toolset, System Center Configuration Manager preferred.
Extensive knowledge of Cloud-based Mobility toolsets; Intune / EMS preferred.
Extensive knowledge and experience of client operating system build, software distribution and support; Microsoft Deployment Toolkit knowledge preferred.
Experience of working within enterprise desktop migration projects preferred.
Qualification/Certification requirements
MCSE: Enterprise Devices and Apps; or
MCSE: Mobility

The Account Director Opportunity:

The Account Director will align themselves with key contacts within 500 – 3000 user organizations. They will develop and drive relationships, to identify new business opportunities and develop a portfolio of business from scratch.

Account Directors will be expected to “hunt” down new business through a consultative approach and effective use of business contacts where it will be expected a majority of their time will be spent at client sites.

You will have a comprehensive grasp of the entire sales cycle from initial business development through to the close of the sale and you will be able to demonstrate excellent client relationship management.

Account Director will require 4-5 years of new business sales experience working for an IT Reseller or VAR selling into the private sector and have a list of contacts they are able to target in a new position.

You will need to have a minimum of average £8K run rate and be proactive and driven in nature.

Excellent communication skills are paramount and the ability to negotiate with IT Directors/FD’s of companies will set you apart!

  • A proven track record in business development and account retention.
  • Successful track record of working against and meeting challenging targets.
  • Have a list of contacts they can target in a new position.
  • Knowledge of IT Reseller Industry.
  • Possess exceptional customer relationship skills on the phone and in person.
  • Personable, a good judge of people and able to deal with individuals at all levels.
  • Demonstrate good questioning technique and listening skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proposal writing and presentation skills.
  • Commutable distance to central London.
  • Hold a UK Degree.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
